What is a cupping spoon? It’s a spoon with a bowl designed for optimal coffee tasting (and slurping). We commonly use these spoons for tasting coffees at a cupping table when we are assessing the quality of a coffee and the sensory aromas and flavors of coffee. This spoon is a collaboration designed by Night Swim and created by Umeshiso.
