This blend juxtaposes old vs new, simple vs complex, and traditional vs innovative. We believe that these concepts can exist in unison and in tension with each other and that in this case, each plays its part to make the other better. Night Swim strives to hold these opposite concepts in a balance - we want to honor and celebrate the historical and natural rhythms of coffee producing while maintaining an open mind about the future of innovation in the coffee industry. The Holiday Blend is a celebration of everything coffee can be: delicious, familiar, experimental, boundary pushing, and fun.

UVI RECRUITMENT LOT: UVI is program that guides young coffee producers into the creation and growth of their own coffee business. In this community lot, Unblended aims to share our mission and recruit new members to the program. In doing so, we continue to learn about other origins, stories and challenges faced by coffee producers. The UVI Recruitment from Andes is a blend of 12 small producers contributing to a bigger lot to guarantee quality, year-round availability and a consistent profile.

JOSE GONZALEZ - STATIC CHERRY: José Domingo is 60 years old and coffee has been present in his life since childhood. Thanks to his family, he grew up in a coffee environment and 20 years ago worked independently on his two-hectare property. There it has about 9,000 plants and produces varietals of Catuai and Geisha mostly. In addition to coffee, José grows orange and guineos on his farm. Our importing partners for this coffee, Creativa Coffee District, is a group of creatives determined to spark collaboration in the industry and beyond by weaving coffee together the worlds of art and coffee, creating a colorful tapestry of installations and cup profiles.

They use innovative techniques that advance the way we think about coffee and how it is processed. At Creativa, they believe that there is so much more to coffee processing than washed processing. They produce naturally processed lots that see controlled fermentation and are carefully and slowly dried on patios to allow these unique coffee profiles to stand out.
